All payments made towards your loan are non-refundable under all circumstances, Oceania Finance reserves its right to exercise its right not to refund any payments that are:
- Correctly debited and in line with your contractual obligation; or
- Provided to us by you where you have authorised us or our third-party providers to do so.
- Fraudulent in nature; or
- Incorrectly debited; or
- An overpayment which outside of your contractual obligation
Oceania Finance may at its discretion refund or partially refund the amount.
- Any approved overpayment refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Please note, your bank may take longer to process the refund.
- Refunds can only be reimbursed to the Direct Debit account that’s linked to your contract.
